Certified Child Care Worker (CCCW) Practice Exam Certification Exam

Certified Child Care Worker (CCCW)

The Certified Child Care Worker (CCCW) exam prepares individuals for a career as a Child Care Worker. The certification displays mastery of the latest information and skill practice necessary to be a successful Certified Child Care Worker (CCCW) in a variety of settings.

Child Care Workers are responsible for the care of children in various settings when parents or other family members are unavailable. Certified Child Care Workers (CCCW) are responsible for making sure that children’s basic needs are being met, supervise and monitor the safety of children, assist with homework, and are even able to recognize signs of emotional distress or developmental issues. Certified Child Care Workers (CCCW) are employed in childcare centers, preschools, public schools, and private homes.

Our practice exams consist of approximately 30 questions that are randomly selected from the actual certification exam test bank. The practice exams are broken down into 2 separate exams that can be taken up to 3 times each. This gives you a total of 6 exams to help prepare you for certification.

We highly recommend all students take a few practice exams. This helps them to understand the test-taking process and prepares them for certification by giving actual certification questions! Scoring a 70% or higher on a practice exam is a good indicator that a student will receive a passing grade on the certification exam.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Certified Child Care Worker (CCCW) are expected to experience close to a 20% rise in employment through 2020. The number of children who require child care because parents work outside the home is expected to continue to grow, keeping child care professionals in high demand.

Achieving the National Career Certification Board’s Certified Child Care Worker (CCCW) designation will demonstrate individuals have mastered the required skills to be an effective Child Care provider. Certified Child Care Workers (CCCW) will provide parents and child care centers the credentials that show individuals have the formal training to keep children safe and make good decisions for them while they are in their care.

The benefits to becoming a Certified Child Care Worker (CCCW) may include more job opportunities, higher wages, and increased job security.
